Abhyra puts your live location, audio and video in front of the people you trust, makes sure their phones ring, and keeps getting through when your connection drops.
One-tap SOS
A single tap starts an emergency. If none of your contacts has accepted yet, Abhyra tells you before you rely on it and helps you add someone.
Live video from one or both cameras
If your phone can stream two cameras at once, the front and rear cameras stream together, with audio, so your contacts see you and what's in front of you. If it can't, only one camera streams to your emergency contacts, front or rear, and you choose which. Abhyra checks what your phone supports and tells you plainly in Profile → Camera during SOS.
Live location on a map
Your position updates live on your contacts' map for the whole emergency. They can refresh it, or ask for your location by SMS if the map can't load.
A siren through silent and Do Not Disturb
Contacts get a full-screen alert with a loud siren that rings through silent, vibrate and Do Not Disturb, and keeps ringing until they acknowledge it.
SMS when there's no data
If your phone can't reach our servers, Abhyra opens an SMS to your emergency contacts with your coordinates and a maps link. You tap Send. On the server side, any contact the push alert can't reach gets an SMS automatically.
A time limit you control
An emergency lasts one hour. Shortly before it ends, you're asked whether to continue, once, for up to two hours. If you don't answer, it ends by itself, even without a connection, and your contacts are told it timed out.
Trusted contacts, in your order
Invite up to five people from a searchable list of your phone's contacts and drag them into priority order. Each one has to accept before they can ever be alerted.
Clear notifications and history
Each emergency shows as one card whose status follows it: Live now, Stopped, Timed out or Time limit reached. History lists the emergencies you started and the ones you were alerted for, with the last location.
Recordings kept on your phone
Play back what was recorded during an emergency. Recordings stay on the device, and you can delete them whenever you want.
Biometric app lock
Lock Abhyra with your fingerprint or face so nobody else can open your contacts and history.
Guardian consent for under-18s
You enter your date of birth when you sign up. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian's consent is required before the profile can be saved, and it can't be withdrawn by editing the date later.

Choose your own safe word and Abhyra will start the emergency when you say it, so your hands can stay where they are.
